Register for Transportation
Transportation to and from the Pilgrimage for 2024 will be the use of 15-passenger vans. You may also choose to caravan with other drivers (the chapter leader leaves approximately 2 days early and the chapter nurse leaves the day before).
Please use this form the register you and/or your family for transportation to and from the Three Hearts Pilgrimage in Oklahoma. You MUST be registered for the pilgrimage at the official THP website, please visit threeheartspilgrimage.org. Registration opens March 2024. Once your registration is complete, please forward a copy of your confirmation email to us. We are unable to see registered pilgrims until late August.
We will contact you to confirm your registration. You will be assigned a van and driver by September 2024.

11:00am – Arrives at pilgrimage campground
October 12, 2024
5:30pm – Departs Clear Creek Abbey
6:45pm – Showers and Dinner
9:00pm – Departs Showers (overnight drive)
October 13, 2024
7:30am – Arrives Littleton, CO
A CDL licensed driver is not needed our 15 passenger vans. The law states a CDL is only needed for any commercial vehicle that is designed to transport 16 or more passengers, including the driver. https://dmv.colorado.gov/cdl-general-information. A commercial vehicle is defined as any self-propelled or towed motor vehicle used on a highway in commerce to transport passengers or property when the vehicle:
- Has a gross vehicle weight rating or gross combination weight rating, or gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight of 10,001 lbs. or more, whichever is greater, or
- Is designed or used to transport 16 or more passengers (including the driver) not for compensation, or
- Is transporting hazardous materials in a quantity requiring placarding.
